Pete Smith
Pete joined the Morris in 1985. Always interested
in Folk, a chance meeting with former Old Boy, Charles
Whitlock, gelled the Morris connection.
He is an avid collector of old musical instruments,
that include one string fiddles, phono-fiddles, melodeons
and concertinas. When playing his melodeon he has been known
to take on that glazed look that musicians sometimes get,
especially in a duel between instruments.
Pete has an excellent repetoir of tunes, both
Morris and Folk, and can always be relied on to provide both
dance music and entertainment.
